Diamond Paper Co., Ltd. accepts only returns of items that we stock.

Special order, non-stock or close-out items can’t be returned.

All returned goods must be in saleable condition with no additional markings and/or labeling on packaging.

No returns for items purchased over 6 months prior.

No returns for items that have been discontinued by Diamond Paper Co., Ltd.

No returns food and/or drink products.

In the event of a shipping discrepancy, such as, order entry error, damage, shortage or mispick, please notify Diamond Paper Co., Ltd. at 800-338-7918 within 7 business days.

All returns not caused by Diamond Paper Co., Ltd. error are subject to 15% restocking charge.
